How do you determine your legal fees?

Bosson Legal Group uses different fee structures for different types of cases and circumstances, including hourly billing, contingency fee agreements, and flat fees.

For Vaccine Injury Compensation cases, we will never charge you a fee. Legal fees and costs in these cases are awarded by the Special Master pursuant to 42 U.S. Code § 300aa–15(3)(e).
