Mark Wohlschlegel II joined Bosson Legal Group, P.C. first as a contractor and in January 2025 joined the firm full-time, focusing on the workers’ compensation cases under the federal Defense Base Act (DBA).
Prior to working with Bosson Legal Group, Mark spent seven years serving as an immigration attorney, working with individuals and families seeking Asylum or other forms of relief before the Executive Office of Immigration Review courts. He also served those seeking Naturalization through other means such as marriage or filing for U.S. Citizenship before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
In addition, Mark also practiced before the General District Courts in Fairfax, Arlington, and Prince William Counties representing clients on misdemeanor traffic or criminal charges; also serving as court appointed attorney in these Virginia counties for indigent clients.

Mark earned his B.A. in Government from Patrick Henry College in 2004 and his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 2008.
