Bosson Legal Group recently filed a lawsuit of Sexual Harassment, Title VII violations, and whistleblower protection violations on behalf of Kylee Lee against her former employer, Tyto Athene. While working for Tyto Athene, Ms. Lee was sexually assaulted by a supervisor, and witnessed rampant misogyny in a predatory workplace. A few weeks after reporting her rape by a program director to the company’s human resources department, Ms. Lee was given a poor review and subsequently fired. Bosson Legal Group has taken on Ms. Lee’s case against an employer who, with little oversight or regulation, perpetuated a hostile and dangerous workplace environment and protected abusers rather than victims.
