After launching its Estate Law practice earlier in the year, Bosson Legal Group (BLG) merged with Living Trust Attorney Ltd (LTAL) on July 1, 2024. Its founder, attorney Bryan R. Bishop, joined attorney David Showalter, BLG’s estate practice leader, bringing over 30 years of experience in both estate planning and administration. Mr. Bishop’s undying enthusiasm to serve his clients deeply aligns with BLG’s own core values.
During his time at LTAL, Mr. Bishop drafted thousands of estate plans and assisted with many estate administration matters, including serving as trustee, personal representative, and administrator. Over the next few years, Mr. Bishop intends to transition into retirement, leaving his clients in the good hands of Mr. Showalter and BLG.
Mr. Showalter has been practicing law since 2017 and is licensed in Virginia and D.C. As the head of BLG’s Estate Law practice, Mr. Showalter drafts custom estate plans, offers legal counsel to assist clients through the death of a loved one, and in select cases, serves as trustee himself to accomplish our clients’ wishes.
