$1.5m Award in BLG Harassment Lawsuit Among Virginia’s Largest 2024 Jury Verdicts

The jury award in a harassment lawsuit litigated by Bosson Legal Group ranked 15th amongst the largest Virginia jury verdicts of 2024 – and one of just 20 trials in the state with an award over $1 million dollars. The $1.5 million-dollar award included $1,000,000.00 in punitive damages against a Loudoun couple who engaged in a 4-year-long campaign of harassment against a neighboring mother and daughter, represented by Bosson Legal Group.
