Isaiah Kalinowski, Esq.

Isaiah Kalinowski joined Bosson Legal Group, P.C. in December 2021, bringing with him 16 years of litigation experience in diverse topics such as vaccine injury, federal and state takings, civil rights, and commercial litigation.

Before joining Bosson Legal Group, Mr. Kalinowski represented clients for 11 years at the Washington, D.C. office of the Maglio Christopher & Toale law firm. There his practice focused intensely on vaccine injury claims, appearing before the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program of the United States Court of Federal Claims. He has served on that court’s Advisory Council since 2018 and wrote an academic article regarding that court which was published in the Texas Review of Law and Politics, entitled “The House Built on a Hillside: The Unique and Necessary Role of the United States Court of Federal Claims.”

Prior to that, Mr. Kalinowski served for four years as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims, drafting judicial orders and decisions on the law and science of vaccine injury, and assisting with trials featuring expert and fact witnesses.

Mr. Kalinowski began his legal career in litigation, and handled cases in diverse fields including religious liberties litigation, commercial litigation, land use litigation, estate litigation, employment litigation, and parental rights litigation. Mr. Kalinowski is a graduate of Wabash College and Regent University School of Law.

Vaccine Injuries

Represented over 200 individuals to date in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, pursuing damages for serious bodily injuries including SIRVA, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), Acute and Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (AIDP/CIDP), Transverse Myelitis (TM); Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM); Autoimmune Encephalitis; Brachial Neuritis; and Thrombocytopenia (both ITP and TTP).

COVID Mandates and Patient Rights

Represented clients whose employment was affected by COVID-19 mandates, regardless of whether the mandate was imposed by governmental regulation or imposed by employer policy. Defended parental rights to medical decision-making for their minor children.

Constitutional Law

Represented individuals and churches in cases involving 1983 Civil Rights violations, Federal Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA) violations, zoning disputes, and religious discrimination.

Business & Employment

Represented individuals and small businesses in cases involving breach of contract, noncompetition, tortious interference, and civil RICO claims.

Estate and Trust Litigation

Experience representing beneficiaries of wills and trusts in disputes, and advising trustees regarding fiduciary duty and strategy.

Federal & State Takings

Knowledgeable on claims for damages from governmental taking of private property and condemnation proceedings.

Notable Trial Results

Boykin v. Sec’y of HHS: Mr. Kalinowski negotiated a $1,500,000.00 settlement for gentleman who suffered from a catastrophic case of Gullain-Barre syndrome (GBS) as a result of a flu vaccination.

Beckner v. Sec’y of HHS: Mr. Kalinowski litigated to a negotiated settlement for a gentleman who suffered from Optic Neuritis related to a flu vaccination. The settlement provided for $620,000.00 in compensation to the petitioner.

Stewart v. Sec’y of HHS: Mr. Kalinowski used mediation to reach a $763,000.00 settlement for a young gentleman whose life was irreparably changed by Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP).

Badger v. Sec’y of HHS: Mr. Kalinowski achieved settlement of $598,924 for a gentleman whose life was forever changed after suffering Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) from a flu vaccination.

Johnson v. Sec’y of HHS: Mr. Kalinowski resolved this matter for a woman who had experienced a severe “Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration” (SIRVA), amounting to $177,704 in compensation.

Parmer v. Sec’y of HHS: Mr. Kalinowski litigated this case to trial, then successfully negotiated damages for $324,592 (plus a lifetime annuity) as compensation for the first case of Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (TTP) heard within the NVICP. (Mr. Kalinowski had previously settled the first TTP case ever filed in the Court.)
