Bosson Legal Group is pleased to welcome new Of Counsel Attorney Isaiah Kalinowski to the Firm. Mr. Kalinowski will be primarily involved in the Firm’s Vaccine Injury and general civil litigation practice.
Mr. Kalinowski has a wide variety of experience, having almost two decades of litigation experience in diverse topics such as vaccine injury, federal and state takings, civil rights, and commercial litigation. Before joining Bosson Legal Group, Mr. Kalinowski represented clients for 11 years at the Washington, D.C. office of the Maglio Christopher & Toale law firm. There his practice focused intensely on vaccine injury claims, appearing before the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program of the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Kalinowski looks forward to using his experience to advocate for BLG’s clients.
Prior to that, Mr. Kalinowski served for four years as a judicial law clerk at the United States Court of Federal Claims, drafting judicial orders and decisions on the law and science of vaccine injury, and assisting with trials featuring expert and fact witnesses.
Mr. Kalinowski is a graduate of Wabash College and Regent University School of Law, and has been admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, New York State, and the District of Columbia, as well as the Federal District Courts of the Eastern District of Virginia and the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
