BLG is seeking a Virginia-licensed litigation associate with 1-4 years of experience (trial experience preferred), who aligns with the mission and values of the Firm. This position requires full-time, in-person work at our Fairfax office, Monday-Friday during regular business hours. More flexible arrangements for occasional remote work and/or adjusted daily schedules are available once associates are well established in their assignments and firm expectations. BLG prioritizes experiential learning, mentorship, and collaboration among new associates and has found that regular, in-office work in the early stages of employment has been the most effective strategy for new associates in this practice area.

Compensation is structured as a competitive base salary commensurate with experience,
combined with significant performance-based quarterly bonuses. Associates are also provided with a defined promotion path towards partnership.
