BLG Wins Constitutional Rights Case in Federal Appeals Court

Bosson Legal Group recently won the case of Hester Prynne (pseudonym of client) against the State of Virginia on an appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit. Bosson Legal Group Partner and Founder Tim Bosson successfully argued that the State of Virginia had violated Ms. Prynne’s Constitutional rights under the Ex Post Facto clause of the Constitution. Ms. Prynne’s case had previously been dismissed at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, a decision which was overturned after Bosson’s successful appeal and argument at the 4th Circuit.
