Bosson Legal Group Makes Oral Argument in Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals

Bosson Legal Group Principal Tim Bosson recently appeared in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to argue a case involving employment discrimination on the basis of a disability.  The Fourth Circuit hears oral argument in fewer than 15% of cases filed, according to a recent report, so BLG is pleased to be able to bring our client’s case before the Court for this hearing.
