Bosson Legal Group Client Settles ADA Discrimination Case with City of Alexandria
Bosson Legal Group client Michael Cahill has settled a lawsuit against the City of Alexandria over disability discrimination and retaliation from his employer, the Alexandria Fire Department, related to his disability-related medical leave. Mr. Cahill’s lawsuit against the City of Alexandria included Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
