Courtney McIntyre joined the Bosson Legal Group, P.C. in August of 2020. She currently focuses her practice on workers’ compensation cases under the federal Defense Base Act (DBA).
Prior to working with the Bosson Legal Group, Ms. McIntyre served as Legal Director and Managing Director of two startup companies in Nairobi, Kenya, and focused primarily on contract law. Previously, Ms. McIntyre worked both nationally and internationally on immigration and human rights issues, to include: human trafficking (particularly sex trafficking); sexual exploitation; child sexual assault; asylum and refugee law; “crimmigration” (the intersection of criminal law and immigration law); victim rights; and police abuse of power.
Ms. McIntyre also served as a Law Clerk for then-Chief Judge Eric T. Washington of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, where she worked on family law and juvenile issues.
