John Vinci, Esq.
Principal
John Vinci joined Bosson Legal Group, P.C. in February of 2018. He limits his practice to workers’ compensation cases under the federal Defense Base Act (DBA), representing clients from around the world.
Prior to working with the Bosson Legal Group, Mr. Vinci worked for several years at a Washington, D.C. law firm. There, Mr. Vinci primarily worked on DBA cases, representing former employees of U.S. federal contractors in order to help them obtain workers’ compensation and medical benefits for physical and psychological injuries sustained in places like Afghanistan and Iraq.
Mr. Vinci earned his B.A. in Government from Patrick Henry College in 2006 and his J.D. from Regent University School of Law in 2009. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, before certain federal agencies and courts including the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
