Bryan Bishop joined Bosson Legal Group in February 2024. He focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation.
Before joining Bosson Legal Group, Mr. Bishop was the founder and president of Living Trust Attorney, Ltd, a trust-and-estates law firm in Fairfax, VA that has now merged with Bosson Legal Group. His firm developed the affordable R-LIT™ — a simplified living trust which provides structure for death benefits — to bridge the historical gap between life insurance and estate planning. An experienced attorney, Mr. Bishop brings over 35 years of practice in estate management to the firm. Mr. Bishop enjoys presenting educational seminars and has spoken to hundreds of audiences of all sizes in private, corporate, and public contexts.
Experience
Estate Planning - Mr. Bishop has personally drafted approximately 1500 estate plans, most of them based upon a living trust companioned with a pour-over will.
Estate Administration - Mr. Bishop has supervised the administration of over one hundred estates (created by trust or probate), and has also overseen the implementation of dozens of plans upon incapacity or death.
Estate Litigation - Mr. Bishop has litigated numerous estate cases in several jurisdictions over his years of practice.
