BLG IN THE NEWS: Taking a Stand for Religious Liberty
Bosson Legal Group believes that every employee should not only have the right to follow their religious convictions, but also to have that right respected by their employer. BLG attorney Isaiah Kalinowski is currently representing a collective of current and former employees of one of the largest medical providers in Virginia, INOVA Health, as they seek religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares is now threatening legal action against INOVA on this issue concurrent with BLG’s efforts on behalf of the affected medical personnel. As this situation develops, BLG remains committed to fighting for employees’ rights to follow their own conscience and against those who would deny them or discriminate on the basis of religion.
